TYPES OF POSITIVE THOUGHTS

 I wrote a blog post about types of Negative thoughts. Today our focus can be on positive thoughts.

Positive thoughts are important, They create a positive aura on ones life. I have seen this positive aura do wonders. 


Positive thoughts attract positive outcomes. They make a person happy. Positive thoughts keep a person motivated. 

Positive thoughts have ripple effects. They promote kindness and make other people happy.

Positive thoughts inspire people to be better humans.

Some positive thoughts types are as follows

1. Gratitude. Thanking God is very important. Gratitude changes everything. Focusing on the blessings that we have, is a game-changer.

Reminding oneself that I am "BLESSED BEYOND BELIEF". Thank you God for everything!

2. Visualizing positive outcomes in our life is a really positive thought. It is like  Law of attraction. 

You see Positive thoughts are like Magnets. They attract positive people, positive opportunities in our life.

3. Affirmations. Yes Affirmations go a long way. Affirmations mean affirming and asserting and acknowledging that you are enough. Affirmations start with "I AM" and they are very important.  

Hal Elrod in his book on Mornings Routines emphasizes that all successful people write affirmations and repeat them every single morning.

I have seen Diaries that have special sections for Affirmations.

I have followed Sunira Madhani and her CEO School Facebook Campaign emphasizes the importance of Mornings Affirmations.

"I am enough"

"I am going to accomplish my goal"

"I am going to work hard"

"I am not going to give up"

You see they are like Mantras. Repeating positive affirmations can make you very happy.

4. Positive feelings for others. Love for family members and that special person in your life. Your spouse.

5. Praying. Dua. Asking God for blessings.   Asking God for Miracles. Believing in Miracles.

It is essential to think positively in order to lead a successful and fulfilling life. Positive thoughts can help to foster a sense of well-being, reduce stress, and increase motivation. There are many types of positive thoughts that can be used to achieve these goals. Examples include: believing in yourself, focusing on the present, being grateful for what you have, setting achievable goals, being kind to yourself, looking for the good in people and situations, being open to learning new things, taking risks, and celebrating successes. Additionally, it is important to practice self-care, practice mindfulness, be optimistic, take breaks, forgive yourself, practice positive self-talk, and stay away from negative influences. All of these positive thoughts can help to create a more positive and fulfilling life.
