Hyperfixation opens up arenas of Creativity. One the other hand, Hyperfixation makes you lose track of time. No wonder, why ADHD tend to be late most of the time.

I enjoy my Hyperfixations a lot. They make me happy. The tendency to zone out gives me limitless potential. I enjoy the tasks that help my hyperfixate.

Sometimes Hyperfixation tends to attract positive things in life. If a person is hyperfixating on his/her goals. She is visualizing his/her goals and atttacting them in his/her life.

The Bad 

Hyperfixation leads to bad time management.  Just because of Hyperfixation, people might give importance to unimportant things in their life.
