Visualization is a simple technique that you can use to create a strong mental image of a desired outcome in the future. It is a underrated aspect of Goal setting.

Goal setting is my favourite. Visualization is based on Law of Attraction. The more you imagine something the more you attract them.

So everyone talks about Visualization and Law of Attraction. It is mentioned in many best selling books like "THE SECRET" and "NAPOEAON HILL'S LAW OF SUCCESS"

But what does Psychology say about Visualizations?
