ADHD AND MULTITASKING (ADHD POEM)

ADHD and multitasking, a constant juggle,

My mind forever racing, like a busy buggle.

I try to focus on one thing, but my thoughts scatter,

My mind forever jumping, like a playful matter.

But multitasking, it's a way to cope,

To manage the chaos, and give me hope.

I work on several things, all at once,

My mind forever active, like a constant dunce.

It's a way to manage, the scattered thoughts,

To stay on track, and connect the dots.

I tackle the small and the large, all at the same time,

My mind forever active, like a continuous climb.

I know it's not easy, to juggle so much,

But I take it one step at a time, with a gentle touch.

I harness my energy, and focus it well,

I multitask with purpose, like a ringing bell.

So ADHD and multitasking, it's a way of life,

A constant balance, like a musical fife.

I take it in stride, and make it work,

My mind forever active, like a never-ending perk.
