HOW TO MAKE OUR CHILDREN INTELLIGENT?

 I have always wondered if we can help or kids become intelligent. below are some of the ways I have found to help children become more intelligent

1. Enough sleep. when kids are sleeping their neurons are forming. 

2. Less screen time. Screen time makes kids passive

3. Riddles and Quizzes to encourage critical thinking.

4. Dry fruits especially almonds. Some people think of this as an old wives tale but I love it.

5. Physical Activities. An Healthy Body means an Healthy Mind.

6. Reading. Reading and Happy Reading.

7. Snubbing kids less and Encouraging them more.

8. Stable Environment. It means parents should avoid fighting and arguing with each other as much as possible. 

9. Positive Friends. A persons personality is the outcome of the five people he is around with. Make sure your child makes smart and intelligent ones. And also ones who are self disciplines and respectful. It matters a lot.

10. Believe in your child. In his/her talents, abilities and passions. The best gift a parent can give to his/her child is to believe in them. Once you believe in your child he/ she will believe in themselves.
