 Negativity has a really bad effect on physical and mental heath. Most of the neurotic population I have came across are people who are negativity-prone.

Human beings have this tendency to focus more on negative experiences than on positive ones. Yes, it is true. We tend to overlook the positive things in life and we take them for granted.
